I was there on Friday and can confirm I saw they were wiping down the Storm Coaster, Kids Coaster and Rails in the stadiums after each cycle/show. The foot pedal operated hand sanitiser stations were all around the park, but not always in the most obvious places.

Enjoyed a fun and relaxing day today at PC. Don’t think numbers would have been above 100 in the time I was there, Only noticeable impacts from covid were social distancing in the seated show areas (1 row gap), no buffet component with meals (as expected), no damper to share (self explanatory) and all seats and contacts points wiped down after every cycle of the tractor ride.   oh, and the marmoset says hello

Overall there has been a huge increase in numbers of the Gold Coast today in terms of tourists, so it will be interesting to see how that translates to park visits.

Well, no, as a person who this directly involves. I'm saying I have no problem with the word. You can't call a little person a midget, that's offensive. But if the little person calls them-self a midget because they have no problem with it, that's setting that whole group back? Try calling a person of colour the n-word right after seeing them use it casually and see what happens. All because someone in a minority uses a word that was once used to degrade them, it doesn't mean suddenly no one gives a shit anymore.

My issue with Guardians is its theme is so much worse than what it was. It looks cheap and tacky and the ride experiences lacks any of the suspense and thrill of the original. You ask “if building from scratch would you use an elevator ride system for this theme?” Course not. It’s a shoehorn. Other upgrades like Pirates have been amazingly done, Tony Baxter is involved so that bodes well. A princess and the frog theme for splash could be done in such a similar vein to the existing ride, a ride that portrays the essence of the film rather than an exact story telling. New Orleans styled music playing throughout as a cohesive theme like we have now could be done really well.

Vortex construction is complete, so here’s a look at the final product. While the queue area doesn’t look like anything amazing and there is the silver fencing surrounding the rides footprint, overall it looks pretty good

Disney have officially cancelled the Not So Scary Halloween Party for this year at WDW

Hi all! I'm just wondering if there has been any new news resurfacing of an attraction Seaworld advertised when they first opened the Storm Coaster? The poster (Right) was of jungle animals, like Gorillas, and hippopotamus, i thought that the attraction would be that of a Jungle Adventure type of thing. Like the jungle Cruise at Disney perhaps? Seaworld is working on a massive refurbishment at the moment, with the addition of Creatures Of The Deep and the Nickelodeon Land refurbishment, however I still haven't heard any news of this attraction that was set for 2014. What do you guys think?
