I don't mind it. It is a play on words, being 'fully sick' and that term matches the beach based names of most of their other rides. Yeah it isn't the best name, but it works.

I have seen a kid get stuck at the top of the loop at WnW before and they were apparently too scared to push themselves down

Our parks definitely should have more themed based food outlets, especially Movie World. They could have a western themed dining experience and a superhero one and people would pay extra for that experience. Even a character dining experience with the looney tunes and superhero’s would be a massive hit

Did you ask to skip the preshow?

The finishing touches on the GR are being made and the repainting of the RIP has begun

All of the Villains area is closed GL is fenced off And the splash pad has been removed Just a thought, but maybe they have permanently closed the splash pad to construct a photo op for Tom and Jerry. It is however supposed to reopen at the end of the month, but considering the entire thing has been removed (and VRTP repetition for scheduling maintenance and then just closing the ride), it could be possible

The New Atlantis - Construction Updates
themagician replied to themagician's topic in Theme Park Discussion
This decision could be based off Dreamworlds announcements and they are trying to extend out the opening of their attractions. Also could be so construction can purely focus on Leviathan so it opens on time to compete with DWs new coaster -
You could have also left it here:
-
Could it also relate to the Future Lab they announced earlier this year? Unless that project has been scrapped because there is no mention of it on the parks website
-
Shopping and Food items have also been added to the website

Dreamworld's $700k chill out zone
themagician replied to Annabeth101's topic in Theme Park Discussion
While it would have been a lot better to see a new ride come to this area of the park, I must say... I’m surprised (in a good way) with what they have gone with for this chill out zone. At least they are keeping the theming consistent, but 700k seems like quite a lot- 9 replies

Maybe it said no filming is permitted inside the ride
-
As already mentioned, just because it was sat there for 9 months doesn’t mean it went under testing all day everyday. No matter how long a ride sits there after it’s completion, there will always be technical issues for the first few months after it opens

The zombieland scare precinct was my favourite they ever did with such good detailing. I hope the maze is just as good, if not better
-
Great to see they went to the effort of making a trailer for this maze too

New Helicopter Centre Coming to Sea World
themagician replied to themagician's topic in Theme Park Discussion
With the current placement of it, you can still ride the helicopter without a park ticket. A mate and I did it a couple years ago and he didn’t have a pass. Instead you walk through a part of back stage and into a small room, where they then take you through a staff corridor and then you are in the park. They walk you to the helicopter centre and after the experience they guide you back out. I imagine they will still be keeping the current ticketing booth for it within the park, but you’ll have to exit the park to actual get to the helicopter -
