Once emailed Main Roads to get lines repainted, was chuffed when they were done within the week - so I too feel attacked.

Reading your later replies, I now understand that you're referring to "Parkz" the Entity, and not "Parkz" the community - which is where my comments were directed. I clearly misinterpreted which 'Parkz' you think Dreamworld can't live with\without. To respond to that, Dreamworld most assuredly can live without Parkz (the Entity). Like minded fans would gather and share opinions in whatever outlet there happened to be - and while Parkz happens to be the longest running and most comprehensive one around, I think its foolish (and quite egotistical) to think that Dreamworld somehow 'needs' Parkz (the Entity) to survive. To explain my intent (which, again, was directed at Parkz the community) - Because I think its very important that Park operators listen to their most fervent fans, especially when they are pointing out things that they could be doing much better for essentially no cost at all, but at the same time, they shouldn't be kow-towing and crawling up their asses (I'm looking at you Disney APs of the early 2000's) because it generates entitlement amongst the community and the park is so busy pleasing the superfans that the general guests get left behind.

Often I kind of think that tracking paint-jobs is a bit whacky, partly because it'd be seen as mental if anyone had that same level of enthusiasm for their local Bunnings getting a paint-job. That said, I must admit this will be really interesting from an execution standpoint. Sounds like they're making a custom rig to get around the entire circumference of the tower which will be cool to see play out. Doubly so for how they actually get the track off the tower and if it's using the same custom rig. This is also worth a mention, came up in another thread but it's worth mentioning here too: This is Steel Taipan's current operating hours. With that in mind, will be interesting to see how much these works impact the pathway to Giant Drop that neighbours Steel Taipan. Does that also mean work will only happen in the mornings? (Might explain the extended period it's down for). I'm also placing some bets that the "TOWER OF TERROR" letters will be painted over - pretty sure they're welded in place from the factory.

Ones removed have already been crushed. They were out the front of adrians scrap metal in molendinar for about a week as they slowly dissappeared.
