Game has gone to shit with all the extra countries being added. Constantly unable to login. When logged in it will crash when trying to catch Pokemon. Going to look at avoiding it until they get it sorted out. Reminds me a lot of the launch of SimCity, requires internet access to play, can't do anything as the servers are constantly overloaded.4 points

Went to SW this afternoon to check out the construction, and it's coming along nicely. They are blocking the 'fountain' from view now ? And I had a look at the seals in the Polar Bear Cub area, and they were really playful and seemed to enjoy that area much more. Despite Seal Harbour being a fairly good exhibition, I think it could be a lot better when some rocks, and a waterfall, like seen in the area they are currently in. Also, the monorail station at the front of the park had quite a few workmen repainting and repairing some of the steel work in the roof, as well as the barriers.2 points

I don't like agreeing with people on the internet, but this I agree with.1 point

I reckon MW should invest in relevant themed fence wrap for each area (really only 2-3 anyway) i mean, there's not that much greenery in the Wild West... Bit of an eyesore. even a simple western bar/saloon style image with a few wanted posters would look awesome.1 point

That is not the business of the mods or yours and what happens on another site. If you don't like it go to that site and complain.1 point

I look at it the same way I look at Sea World right now - I realise that most of SW's works aren't attractions, but they are incredibly disruptive - especially to guest flow, having to go "round the world" to get to everything. Its a necessary evil, and I think the parks will be better for it when it is completed, but it's really showing the weaknesses in park flow and design when these attractions \ paths are closed. It shows precisely why Arkham needs chinatown alley, instead of scooby's backdoor. It shows precisely why the park needs CLEAR signage at each location (yes I know, guests won't read them and complain anyway, but still) Given Superman's main walkway has a covering between path and track, it begs the question - couldn't they have kept the barriers open so people could access AA, except for when they actually have trackwork scheduled? If the trains are out for maintenance and they're not working on the external track, theres no need to fence it off. And worse - if we can open chinatown alley to access AA when superman is undergoing maintenance, why can't we have that section (at least) open all the time? It's almost #SeaWorldGateGate all over again.1 point

Oh look, POP has found wikipedia and has gone sleepwalking again. Look, it's even NightWing not Nightwing, just like SuperBatMan1 point

Well Movie World is a bit of a shamozzle at the moment, and will be for at least a month. With Superman Escape now down for maintenance & refurb as well as WWF & the entire DD construction zone, a large portion of the park is now closed off to the public. There are green dividers everywhere. With the entire Superman Escape area closed off now, Arkham Asylum entrance is temporarily relocated to the side of SDSC, down the second half of Chinatown Alley... For those stickybeaks wondering what is in the northern end of Chinatown Alley, currently fenced off to the public: And yeah, overheard a fair few complaints by guests today about the two major attractions being closed. Seems a lot of them are still not getting enough prior knowledge about this, especially Wild West Falls which I think Movie World would benefit from putting more signage around. So many families were assuming that the barricades around its entrance were up because of the DC Super-Villians area work, and assuming there "must be another way around/in". I could have made myself rich this morning if MW had been paying me for the number of times I decided to be helpful and inform confused guests that WWF was actually down for refurb, and wouldn't be reopening until the end of next month ??1 point

Whoever put this up has no idea. Mack Rides wrote an article in a German paper not long ago. Lucky for you I can read German. To sum it if you want to place an order with Mack, you will be placed onto a 2 ½ year waiting list.1 point

If MW was to get a hypercoaster next year, what do you think the theme will be? I'm hoping it's not another superhero themed ride. But there's a good chance it will be, as both Wonder Woman and Justice League movies are being released late next year. I understand it makes perfect business sense.....but it's just superhero overload. I know superheroes are all the rage atm people, but as a themepark there needs to be balance! I'm hoping for something unique. I'd love a Mad Max theme with a well themed surrounding area. I think Mad Max suits a hypercoaster's extreme thrills and grandeur. Or perhaps an original theme, that's not IP based. Like how Wild Wild West Falls is just themed after the western movie genre.1 point

If I were a betting man I'd have a very large chunk of cash invested in the sheds being used for Fright Nights.1 point
