  1. I don’t understand what could be the issue, a simple hydraulic door release system. I rode it day 1 and then again 1 year later, the later bloody hurt your back. But yeah don’t understand why they would get rid of it? Safety once again being to full on in Australia?
  2. Man I remember riding that wild mouse, memories!!
  3. Have to agree. We have yearly passes to both, we always find ourselves at dreamworld. Great for the kids, better atmosphere and handles the crowds better. if they only had a water ride and another decent coaster Dreamworld would be on top. Drove past yesterday and the car park was full which is good to see
  4. Well that confirms the power supply with GC coaster and WWW I guess
  5. Was a wild storm here last night in the northern GC.
  6. A person who claimed to have worked there posted on social media that it was hard to get parts for the ride hence the decision to shut it down. but as stated it was always a rough ride, enjoyable but your back copped it afterwards
  7. Chers for the link, couldn’t get it to work last night, must of been a bit of traffic with the deal. Booked this morning. Great price !!
  8. Imagine another take on the gremlins ride, that would be wicked. One thing all parks lack. Story driven rides. Rip Bermuda Triangle
  9. In my opinion, 1 day at Disney land is enough, save another day for Disneysea (the better of the two) imo and definetely try and get to Fuji Q. USJ definitely requires more than a day
  10. The only thing I could think of would be a Wonder Woman theme to her lasso of truth so colour could be yellow/golden perhaps
  11. Well 7 news helicopter is hovering above Laviathan atm due it to being stuck on the lift hill. News taking the piss again
  12. Today is the day, looking forward to reading everyone’s thoughts on the ride, sadly I can’t make it. Enjoy!!
  13. Sounds promising. I’ve always wanted to ride the Hagrid coaster over in the states. Something with shows etc whilst on the ride. 35 million seems like a good budget
  14. Agreed, seeing pictures of Bermuda really brings back fond memories. We need something like that again
  15. Well he won’t be getting a job in the mines now that his name is famous.
  16. I'm a local with a wife and 3 kids, 8,3 and 1. I think the price hike is fair. We live 10 minutes away and go all the time. Especially in summer of an afternoon after school. And if the investments keep coming in then I'm happy to pay.
  17. Sorry that's what I meant entrance/ride build, either way looks pretty bloody good
  18. Loving the display boards, this surely takes the cake for Australia's best ride entrance
  19. Have been staying at the resort the past 2 nights for my sons birthday. Leviathan is looking great, plenty of work going on, the carousel is been repainted on the inside. Jet rescue was amazing as always, storm coaster 15 min wait, some lady fainted in the que and 6 first aid responders were on the scene quick smart. Resort is ok, needs an overhaul, food is half decent. But all in all the kids had a great time and the weather held off.
  20. in all honesty the area looks great, was hoping for a dark ride but 3 new coasters will surely help with crowds
  21. Just give us another Bermuda triangle ride and I'll be happy, was a wicked ride back in the day
  22. Well just rode it today. First go 2nd row back, was fun, but the wife and I agree dc rivals is way better. Bought the spinning back seat and holy shit, what an experience, one of the most intense rides I've been on. Been on alot of coasters outside of Australia but that was something else. Question though, being an annual pass holder, and this is going for all parks, do you think as an incentive they should include maybe a couple of back seat passes etc?
  23. Ok, just remember the target was 70%, than 80%, now 90%. And now Thursday next week the unvaxxed can go anywhere. This is nothing to do with health. And there is an election coming up.
  24. Hahahahaha, could see this coming a mile away
