Agreed, seeing pictures of Bermuda really brings back fond memories. We need something like that again

Another day.. another Dreamworld lawsuit
Ash replied to aussienetman's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Well he won’t be getting a job in the mines now that his name is famous. -
I'm a local with a wife and 3 kids, 8,3 and 1. I think the price hike is fair. We live 10 minutes away and go all the time. Especially in summer of an afternoon after school. And if the investments keep coming in then I'm happy to pay.

Sorry that's what I meant entrance/ride build, either way looks pretty bloody good
-
Loving the display boards, this surely takes the cake for Australia's best ride entrance

Have been staying at the resort the past 2 nights for my sons birthday. Leviathan is looking great, plenty of work going on, the carousel is been repainted on the inside. Jet rescue was amazing as always, storm coaster 15 min wait, some lady fainted in the que and 6 first aid responders were on the scene quick smart. Resort is ok, needs an overhaul, food is half decent. But all in all the kids had a great time and the weather held off.

in all honesty the area looks great, was hoping for a dark ride but 3 new coasters will surely help with crowds -
Sea World Monorail trains to be destroyed

Just give us another Bermuda triangle ride and I'll be happy, was a wicked ride back in the day -
Well just rode it today. First go 2nd row back, was fun, but the wife and I agree dc rivals is way better. Bought the spinning back seat and holy shit, what an experience, one of the most intense rides I've been on. Been on alot of coasters outside of Australia but that was something else. Question though, being an annual pass holder, and this is going for all parks, do you think as an incentive they should include maybe a couple of back seat passes etc?

Ok, just remember the target was 70%, than 80%, now 90%. And now Thursday next week the unvaxxed can go anywhere. This is nothing to do with health. And there is an election coming up.

Hahahahaha, could see this coming a mile away

All standard colourblind prices are the same, there is an upcharge for matt, and metallic colours. There would be no difference if they went white or woodland grey etc in pricing
-
100%, woodland grey or even jasper would of worked way better instead of surfmist

From personal experience, we ordered a new mustang gt and a Toyota prado, mustang was a 9 month wait list, prado 6 month. Was told all due to covid, and chip shortages. Hence why the second market has gone crazy.

Animal Kingdom vs California Adventure
Ash replied to ThemeParkHistorian's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Definitely animal kingdom imo -
Yeah I do have a hell a lot of disposable income. I also have 3 kids, whom would like to experience something different. And my kids have been to Disney world and Disney land. So yeah would be good for them. I know they won't get the Disney input in our hotels as overseas, but imagine being a kid and waking up to a roller-coaster next to your window?! I know your a depressing dude, been here for years, but when something like this happens maybe to other people it will be a cool thing.

All I know is, that I live within 5 minutes from movieworld and would defs stay there with my kids and family. Would be awesome for them. This is a much needed extra to the park.

Yep I waited just under 4 hours for toy story mania at Disneysea for my 4 year old boy, was definitely exhausting but worth it
-
Why are disney parks so expensive to build?
Ash replied to Park Fan's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Ever been to disneysea? The teeming there is second to none. -
Levianth official opening date is 18th September

100% agree with the monster trucks, took my 2 kids and waited the half an hour for a very lack luster show. My 6 year old son even said it was boring. Good to see something new, but failed on the execution
