Dreamworld - Something big is coming

Recommended Posts

Keyword mentioned big .

It is not consistent with company suggestions on no more affiliations nor what I have said but big brother is now my thought .

Where Kevil hill is . Not sure why and what point it serves . Except dreamworld have space and can charge a minimal rent to them with very small side benefit.

Dreamworld do this with the night markets and pop up van rents they receive already and big brother no different renting an unused space . Cheaper there than other locations on Gold Coast for sure .

Could it be a case of crossing the T's and dotting it I's before it goes for DA?

Would be silly (too risky) to announce anything before a DA is approved, manufacturer booked and construction tendered. Look at the Scooby do shaped egg On MW's face. Been waiting on Next Gen for waaaayyyy too long now.

At the park today and did try doing some speculation with some of the staff around the park who really dont have much of an idea at all at what it might be. The most recent video tease does highlight a comment asking about a giant drop climb and  2 of the crew members I talked to seemed to think thats what it will be, the third I spoke to just thinks it will be king claw date announcement. One of them teased me by saying its an RMC 😆 I am honestly willing to put money on it being the giant drop climb, there are too many signs pointing towards this now.

I don’t really know if there’s a huge appeal for a tower climb. I suppose it’s not something that would need to run consistently and would be outside of park hours. Also is it really that appealing of an idea when you are inside a stuffy pole for 98% of the climb? (Correct me if there’s an alternate route).

As with big brother, I don’t necessarily think that is a huge deal with the public either. Sure it’s exciting but is it worth a ‘massive’ announcement?

Either way, I’m really enjoying DW’s marketing tactics here, very suspenseful. Let’s hope it’s worth the hype. 🤞

It’s used for walk through attractions during Winterfest and Happy Halloween. But I think your under estimating how much room a network needs to operate a show like big brother, and that building is nowhere near big enough

Yeah was referring to why hosting serves no point at kevil hill building financially .

cant be 100 pc ruled out . Move walkthru , temp facilities , satellite to network room or run a cable to another spare space such as exhibition centre close by .

That cable would be at least 100m long and would be through park guests areas.

I get your logic you’re trying to use for this idea, but it’s not that simple or viable. It would need to be a whole new building somewhere else.
