Anyone can send in news, so if the news has come from this thread then the information is just looping back on itself.

The Screamscape post was made on the 16/8, whereas the post by RichardWilliamCollins was on the 25/8. Couldn't have been from this thread. And yes that website is mainly user submissions, understandably there could be some people that send in crap. But what I really meant was, overall scremscape is a reputable website for themepark news. Edited by Luke

^Dear Dreamworld, I'm not buying a pass until you tell me what this "New Attraction" is. Being vague about new rides is so 2010.

The vague campaign is great... But you need to start like 9-12 months out... By now the ride should be revealed. Still say Space Probe 7 was best ride advertising campaign ever.

In DW's defense the Justice League TV Commercial is very vague and cryptic as well

This September, Warner Bros. Movie World will launch an epic 3D interactive ride experience like nothing you’ve ever seen before. Get ready for the most thrilling battle of your life on JUSTICE LEAGUE 3D - The Ride. Earth is under alien attack and we need your help! Grab your laser blaster and join SUPERMAN, BATMAN and an army of Super Heroes in a 3D battle against millions of evil alien spores. Your mission is to fight side-by-side with the JUSTICE LEAGUE and save the citizens of Earth. While the battle rages, your transportation pod will keep track of your alien stun score so you’ll know how many you’ve alienated. Will you have what it takes to be Earth’s ultimate champion? Will you achieve the highest score? This epic battle between good and evil is about to begin and we need YOU! Only atWarner Bros. Movie World this September!

This is on the MW website, so any member of the public would have a clear idea as to what the attraction involves. All I know about the DW one at this point is that it's Kung Fu Panda themed.

You know exactly what I mean, the majority of people who will watch the JL ad will not research the ride beforehand, its made to do nothing but excite people and make them want to see what the fuss is about, its not criticism at all, the constrictor has the same marketing, I didnt even know it was out. You can take your dicks out of each others mouths whenever you're ready.

Agreed 100%.

The ride's name was out there well in advance of overt construction, rather than a guessing game. KFP as yet doesn't have a name, a concept... anything really... We know it's going to be themed to KFP - but thats all we know. This is supposed to be open by Christmas - we're in late september and still nothing is known.

Enter a land of pure awesomeness, where legendary dragon warrior, Po can be found.

Opening this summer,

Kung Fu Panda: Land of Awesomeness

is a little taste of China that will transport you to another world. Featuring new rides and attractions, including a new

Big 8 Thrill Ride

, this land is sure to invoke pure pandemonium!

The area already looks promising! Most of the facade work is complete now it's just a matter of putting the rest together, The new thrill ride is classed as big number 8, The ride footprint is also quite large! Also a trench has been dug up next to the tea cups ride in wiggles world for the new attraction. It's right next to the SS Feathersword so maybe it's themed around that? Dreamworld have quite a lot lined up for this holiday season. I think they are waiting to let all the news loose just before holidays to get the public excited. Not too sure what village have planned for the holidays but I believe Dreamworld could steal a lot of guests back this holiday season

^ Exactly. Locals however, generally stay a lot longer that 210 days. So while it's great that DW is making a "somewhat special" offer for tourist, what are they doing to keep the locals interested? People on a fairly tight budget are going to look at it and go..... "Hmmm, 21 days or 210 AND access to 2 more parks, including a waterpark over summer.....I wonder what the smart choice is here?"
