how so? @westical

Sure, I’ll play along.

Name one ride with better theming than Jurassic Park: The Ride, Revenge of the Mummy, Transformers: The Ride, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, Skull Island: Reign of Kong or The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man.

Universals rides are themed alright. However when I visited lots of the “automatic” elements that were meant to do things just did not work or were to late after the ride vehicle passed. Jarrasic Park was themed exceptional but the props that should move were pretty shit. Then again Aussie parks are just the same. When at Disney I really don’t think anything was wrong, but we could never be Disney in Australia.

For the record - If people want to waste their time writing bogus reviews then that's fine, kudos to you for the creativity. But when their responses start becoming abusive and offensive that's where we draw the line.

We've removed a whole lot of posts here. Rest assured no one has missed out on anything other than a bit of fan fiction. 🙄

Every indication I have is that the ride has only been experienced by Brogent employees as the formal handover has not yet taken place.

This. There was no sort of soft opening last night, not even any Dreamworld staff have ridden yet. Brogent haven’t finished working inside.

Would seem logical, though some iconic places left off. Perhaps they couldn’t get permission for use of Uluru for example.

I think it’s smart to avoid just using all of the obvious choices in favour of some lesser known sights. The new Soarin’ film suffers from being far too “postcards of the world”-ish.

Could this map be showing locations where Sky Voyager will fly over?

Those are experiences offered by the tour company ExperienceOz, who is the sponsor of the ride.  So it is possible (even likely) that they are also the flyover locations.

I wouldn't be surprised if ExperienceOz has a sales representative in the store so you can book those attractions after seeing them in the ride.
